I cannot logon!

Here are some of the most common problems people run into while trying to logon, and how to correct them.

Do I need to fill in all of the fields when I logon?

When trying to logon you need only to fill in your customer number and last name OR your e-mail address and password. If you are a current Paragon customer the customer number and last name is the recommended method, but not manditory. Once you have logged on successfully you can change your password to anything you wish.

When I attempt to logon I am continually returned to the logon screen?

The most common reason for this scenerio is that your browser settings are currently set to block all cookies*. Our online shopping mall requires cookies to be enabled in order to save your shopping cart. This allows you to complete your order on a later date without re-adding the same products to your order. Our site only requires your security to be set at Medium (the default Internet Explorer setting). Here are two images that show where this setting is located in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

*Cookies are small files that store information, such as a shopping cart or logon information, that can be accessed by a web page for later use.

How do I know I am logged on?

Once you have logged on, you will be returned to the home page unless you were prompted to logon while trying to place a part in your shopping cart. If you were attempting to add a product to your cart you will be sent to your shopping cart after a successful logon. Once you have logged on, you will remain logged anytime you use that computer unless you manually logout.
